How to Add Personalisation

  1. Select your product and choose your size.
  2. Tick the Add Personalisation option.
  3. Enter your details — name, number or initials.
  4. Review your order carefully before checkout.

Tip: Double-check spelling and numbers — personalised items can’t be changed once production begins.

Printing & Embroidery Quality

All personalisation is completed using high-quality vinyl print or professional embroidery, depending on the garment type. Logos and numbers are applied to industry standards for durability through regular wear and washing.

Delivery Time

Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for personalised orders. You’ll receive an update when your order is completed and dispatched.

Returns Policy

Because personalised items are made to order, they can’t be exchanged or refunded unless faulty. Please make sure all names, numbers, and sizes are correct before completing your purchase.

Yes, children’s garments are exempt.

Our turnaround time depends on the type of order placed. Standard garments without personalisation typically take around 2 weeks, while bespoke or made to order garments usually require 4–6 weeks.

Our standard carrier charge is £7.95, however if you are local to Redditch, we have the facility for you to collect the order.

If you need your order urgently, we’ll always do our best to help where we can. Please get in touch with your requirements and deadlines, and we’ll advise on the quickest possible turnaround for your order.

Our preferred payment method is BACS transfer. Payment details will be provided when your order is confirmed. However, if you’d rather pay cash, you can do so in store.

As all items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges, particularly on customised products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
