Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and level under your arms.
Waist Measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest part of your torso just above the navel.
Hips Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Inside Leg Measure from the crotch down to the ankle bone along the inside of the leg.
Height (Children) Measure from the top of the head to the floor in bare feet, standing straight against a wall.
